Franklin, Arthur Ellis

Franklin, Arthur Ellis
(1857-1938)
   English banker and art collector. He served as chairman of the Routledge publishing firm, president of the Jewish Religious Education Board, and vice-president of the board of Deputies of British Jews. His collection of Jewish ritual art is in the Jewish Museum in London.
